PADI Diving Course Enrollment and Execution

All PADI diving courses and activities are conducted in strict adherence to the PADI General Standards and Procedures. Participation in diving or snorkeling activities is contingent upon the completion of the PADI Medical Statement. This statement is vital to identify any health conditions that may preclude participants from engaging in diving or snorkeling activities. We highly recommend that all prospective participants review our Medical Questionnaire thoroughly before proceeding with any bookings.

A physician's approved evaluation may be required based on the Medical Questionnaire's findings. Should there be any concerns or queries following the review of the Medical Questionnaire, we encourage you to contact us directly for further clarification. The Medical Questionnaire is available for download and must be read and understood prior to any diving bookings.

Booking Confirmation and Changes

Upon booking, the dates for courses or excursions are confirmed but remain subject to alteration due to unforeseen circumstances such as prohibitive weather conditions or the emergence of health issues that could affect participation in the course.

Payment and Processing Fees

Full payment for dive courses, fun dive packages, or snorkeling excursions is required at the time of booking. Please note that a processing fee of 3% applies to all transactions.

E-Learning Programmes

For participants opting for courses with e-Learning programmes, the submission of personal details (full name, date of birth, email address) is mandatory. These details will be used exclusively for the purpose of assigning the e-Learning programme, which will be done within 24 hours of payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

  • General Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be issued for all courses and activities cancelled up to 15 days prior to the reservation date, with the exception of PADI courses registered through e-Learning (specifically for Scuba Diver, Open Water Diver, and Advanced Open Water Diver courses).
  • Refund Policy for e-Learning Courses Before Commencement:
    • 100% refund is available prior to registration with PADI and before the PADI e-Learning Programme has been assigned.
    • A 50% refund is available after registration with PADI and after the PADI e-Learning Programme has been assigned.
  • Refund Policy After Course Commencement:
    • In cases of severe illness (doctor’s certificate required), refunds for uncompleted confined or open water dives are calculated at €25 per session, and referral forms will be issued.
    • If prohibitive weather conditions prevent diving, a similar refund policy for uncompleted dives will apply.
  • Non-e-Learning Courses: These courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. Exceptions are made for medical conditions detailed in the Medical Questionnaire, such as ear infections. In such instances, an alternative date or a full refund will be provided with a doctor’s certificate and at least 12 hours' notice.
  • Refunds are subject to credit card and processing fees.

Additional Information

  • Transfers are available within the Paphos area only.
  • Zenobia Shipwreck Dives: A familiarisation dive is recommended (€50 including full dive kit, tank, and transfers). Advanced divers inactive for over 6 months must complete a familiarisation dive. Dive computer use is mandatory.
  • Tank and/or dive computer rentals are payable in-resort before diving.
  • A single diver surcharge of €50 applies if only one diver is booked on a trip, with a full refund available upon cancellation by the single diver due to insufficient numbers.

Amazing experience watching sea turtles
