BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

PADI diving courses will be executed according to PADI General Standards and Procedures. 

Important information regarding health conditions which may exempt participants from diving or snorkelling activities can be found in the Medical Questionnaire. The completion of the relevant PADI Medical statement is a requirement to participate in any diving or snorkelling activities and can be sent to you prior to booking. An approved evaluation from a physician may be necessary. If you have any further questions after reading the Medical Questionnaire, do please contact us.

Dates of courses or excursions at the time of booking are confirmed, subject to change within a reasonable period due to prohibitive weather conditions or the development of health issues prior to or during a diving course.

Full payment of dive courses, fun dive packages or snorkelling excursions is due upon booking. 

E-Learning programmes:
For customers who wish to purchase courses with e-Learning programmes, we require for each customer the following personal details and permission to use these details only for the purpose of assigning the e-Learning programme: Full name, date of birth, email address. E-learning programmes are assigned within 24 hours of payment.

Cancellation Policy:  
Full Refunds on all courses and activities will be made on all bookings cancelled up to 15 days prior to the reservation date, except where a PADI course has been registered through e-Learning for Scuba Diver, Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver – see Refund Policy below). 

Refund Policy:
For Open Scuba Diver, Open Water Diver, Advanced Water Diver prior to Commencement of the course:
100% refund prior to Registration with PADI and prior to the PADI E-learning Programme being assigned to the customer.
50% refund after Registration with PADI and after the PADI E-Learning Programme has been assigned to the customer. 

Refund Policy:
For Open Scuba Diver, Open Water Diver, Advanced Water Diver, after commencement of a course:
If a registered student becoming seriously ill (doctor’s certificate required), uncompleted confined or open water dives will be refunded at the rate of €25 per session and referral forms will be issued.

If weather conditions prohibit diving, uncompleted confined or open water dives will be refunded at the rate of €25 per session and referral forms will be issued.

Refund Policy for all other courses:
As spaces are limited, all other courses are non-refundable and non-transferrable, however if a registered student develops a medical condition as outlined in the Medical Questionnaire, eg an ear infection, an alternative day will be offered, or a full refund given (doctor’s certificate required), in which case we require a minimum 12 hour notice period. 

Transfers are limited to the Paphos area.

Dives to Zenobia Shipwreck:
Divers are recommended to make at least 1 familiarisation dive (price €50 including full dive kit, tank and transfers) before diving Zenobia. Advanced divers who have not dived within the last 6 months will be required to make at least one familiarisation dive prior to diving the Zenobia Shipwreck. Divers are required to dive with a dive computer. Tank hire and/or dive computer hire can be paid in resort prior to diving. A single Diver surcharge of €50 may be applicable, if only 1 diver has booked on any given trip. A full refund will be given at any time should a single diver choose to cancel due to insufficient numbers.
